Ravimed leads its business according to the high ethical and moral standards set by its Code of Ethics and Conduct.

We are committed to conducting our activities in strict compliance with all applicable laws, including FCPA, and Brazilian Anti-Corruption legislation - including Law 12,846/13; and other rules that govern our relationship with public and private entities.

In 2017, the Code of Ethics and Conduct was reviewed with specific policies to Combat Corruption and Relationship with Health Care Professionals. Among the regulated terms are the sponsorship of professionals, events and distribution of free samples.

The Anti-Corruption Policy contains the guidelines, standards and procedures that aim to ensure that Ravimed – and all those acting on behalf of the company – understand and act in accordance with the anti-corruption laws applicable in all relationships with the public entities and public agents, and also with the private sector.
